✨ The Temporal Scythe: A Journey of Growth and Perseverance ✨




Hi everyone, it's LS Franco here, and I’m beyond excited to share a little behind-the-scenes story as my third book, The Temporal Scythe, nears its final stages! 🖋️📚

Writing this book has been one of the most challenging experiences of my life, but it’s also been a deeply transformative journey. As many of you know, I’m a Chief of Strategy in my day job (yes, that's right, life is hectic!), and the demands of my business work sometimes consumed me in ways I didn’t expect. I often found myself drained, struggling to find the creative energy I needed. On top of that, I had a child navigating the tough "threenager" phase (talk about testing your patience and strength!).

All this chaos left me with very little time or headspace for writing. For months, I sat idle, unable to write, and even had to reread my manuscript repeatedly just to remember where I was with it. It was frustrating, to say the least. But through the challenges, I learned something important: sometimes, life has a way of forcing us to grow, even when it feels like everything is falling apart. 💪

The pain, the struggle, the exhaustion—it all found its way into The Temporal Scythe. This book became a catharsis for me, a way to channel everything I was going through. I poured those raw emotions into the characters, and I’m thrilled to say that you will see them grow in ways that mirror my own growth. Expect deeper arcs, more resilience, and more heartache. This book isn’t just a fantasy; it’s a reflection of the real-life challenges that shape us all.

On top of all that, I also started working with a PR team to fine-tune the marketing strategy for the entire Conjurer’s Prophecy trilogy. It's been a lot of work, but it’s also been incredibly rewarding. This new focus has been time-consuming, but I know it will make a huge difference in sharing this story with even more of you.

And here's something extra special: The Temporal Scythe will be released in June—Liam Hale's birthday month (and mine too!). What better way to celebrate than by sharing this next chapter with all of you?

So, to everyone who’s been waiting patiently for this next chapter of The Conjurer’s Prophecy—thank you. You are about to see something incredibly special. I can’t wait for you to meet these characters as they face not just external battles, but internal ones that resonate on a deeply human level.

Why I Write Fantasy Worlds – A Journey from Children’s Books to RPGs and Beyond From my earliest days, storytelling felt like a natural part of me.
